Avant- Buffalo, New York
Avant, located at 200 Delaware Ave. is an exciting new 16-story, 400,000SF mixed-use project that will include a new Embassy Suites Hotel, Class A office space and 28 luxury condominiums. Hotel guests, office tenants, and residents will enjoy floor-to-ceiling glass with excellent views of the city and Lake Erie, two restaurants and a small bistro, conference facilities as well as a fitness center and indoor pool. Uniland was selected to complete a new 1,000 seat church for St. Mary's Church of Swormville. In addition to more than doubling the capacity of the existing church, the new facility will feature a large indoor gathering space, air conditioning and additional parking. Construction began in April and is scheduled to be completed June 2010. | | |  Canisius High School- Buffalo, New York
Canisius High School contracted with Uniland to build a new state-of-the-art athletic center and expanded math and science wing in time for the start of the September 2009 school year.
