Peter A. Sayadoff

As Director of Finance at Uniland, Mr. Sayadoff is responsible for the financing of Uniland’s commercial development projects as well as funding the Company’s various capital requirements relating to acquisition of property. Over the past 26 years, Mr. Sayadoff has been involved in the financing of over 420 transactions in exess of $1.2 billion. He oversees a staff of professionals who have responsibilities including financial analysis, due diligence, closing coordination and corporate and real estate law.

Prior to joining Uniland in 1983, Mr. Sayadoff was employed in the commercial loan industry as an Assistant Vice President with a mortgage banking firm in Rochester, N.Y. He has been an active Board Member of the Greater Niagara Frontier Council-Boy Scouts of America since 1990 and currently holds the position of Chairman of the Board after serving three and a half years as Council President. He also served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Buffalo Chapter of the American Red Cross.

Mr. Sayadoff earned a B.S. from the University of Connecticut in 1979.
