Carl Montante, Jr.

Mr. Montante joined Uniland Development Company in 1992. Since then he has held positions in several departments including Property Management and Finance. Currently he serves as Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Initiatives. In this role, Mr. Montante manages various corporate initiatives and development projects. His primary responsibilities include pursuing business development opportunities for market and product expansion, enhancement of client services and organizational development.

He is also active in the Urban Land Institute, a trade industry organization based in Washington D.C., and represents Western New York as a national Board member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP).

Mr. Montante is active in the community, serving on the Board of Artpark and Company, Buffalo Civic Auto Ramps (BCAR) and the BISON Scholarship Fund, as well several economic development advisory committees. His past philanthropic involvement includes Canisius High School, the Catholic Charities Appeal, Junior Achievement of WNY, the Niagara Lutheran Health Foundation and the Barnabite Founders Ball.

Mr. Montante received a BS degree in Psychology from St. Lawrence University, a JD degree from Cleveland Marshall School of Law, and an MBA from the University at Buffalo.
